Responsibility

  • Be part of a very international, dynamic, and innovative department focused on a wide range of support activities such as data maintenance, sales analytics, sales back office activities, execution of sample management, reimbursements, and contract management support.
  • Lead Regional Sales & Marketing Business Services Organization in China and Vietnam.
  • Design & execute local services roadmap with focus on customer satisfaction and resolution effectiveness.
  • Be part and closely collaborate with Global Busines Services Team.
  • Identify regional activities that fit framework of our business services.
  • Learn and share best practices with other regions that implemented similar services.
  • Focus on service quality and KPIs to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to service level agreements and strive for zero escalations.
  • Analyze cases volumes and trends to predict peak situations and effort needs
  • Question the “status quo” constantly to seek improvements
  • Eliminate process redundancies and seek ways to improve handling time through digitalization, automation, and innovation.
  • Conduct operational reviews on key performance metrics.
  • Review and “learn as a team” on how we can improve on our current performance.
  • Manage Cost Center.

Requirements

  • University degree in business or business related.
  • Good understanding of shared services organizations and models.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience including with at least 3-5 years in shared services environment incl.  leading small teams.
  • Ability in setting strategy, driving performance, consistently producing superior results, cultivating ownership while enforcing company policies and applicable law.
  • Customer-focused individual with experience implementing process changes.
  • Ability to solve problems and develop innovative solutions to complicated process issues in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to artfully influence, persuade and drive action.
  • Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
  • Reliability and attention to detail.
  • Experience with internal and external audits.
