IT Technical Support Specialist

  • In this role, you will be responsible to support our North American customers for our 3D People Sensor in the retail and mobility industries.
  • You will directly work with our US sales team as well as our Application Manager in our German HQ.

YOUR TASKS

  • Provide IT and tech support for our North American customers
  • Manage customer requirements, support in-field hardware installations and software rollouts
  • Analyze customer requests, troubleshoot system or network problems and provide solutions
  • Prepare and execute technical trainings
  • Support our US sales team with customer meetings and complex bidding processes

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering or other IT tech related experience
  • Familiar with networks (TCP/IP) and protocols (e.g. DHCP, NTP, HTTP)
  • Familiar with data interfaces (e.g. SOAP, REST, MQTT)
  • Basic Linux knowledge
  • Communication pro facing customers; ability to listen to customers
  • Proactive mentality and ability to anticipate customer issues even before they occur
  • Basic knowledge of Spanish (not mandatory)
  • Ability/willingness to travel domestically and internationally
