  1. HR C&B Business Partner role for:
  • Implementation of C&B guideline/programs and leading C&B activities to meet the organization’s objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness, including:
    • Target Agreement & Achievement /ERA
    • Merit increase &Off-cycle Increase
    • Severance & Termination package
    • Retention Bonus /Annual Bonus /Monthly Bonus
    • Allowances /Awards
    • Location fringe benefits
  • Taking responsibility for Annual Budgeting and Year-to-end Forecast of personnel cost for responsible companies; providing transparency on actual/budget/forecast deviations of personnel cost related P&L to related HR/Controlling/Management functions.


  1. Employee Benefits Leader role for China-wide all entities:
  • Driving employee benefit (such as health, group insurances, meal, transportation, perquisites, other fringe benefits) standards and China-wide harmonization to improve internal equity and external market competitiveness.
  • Further developing and implementation of benefit platform /automation tools & processes to China-wide all entities to improve employee engagement.
  • Managing benefit vendors to provide high quality service to China-wide all employees; lead contract renewal or sourcing process of new vendor as needed.
  • Creating benefit reports and evaluations as required.
  • Delivering benefit programs trainings to China-wide all HR.


  1. Other tasks/projects:
  • Incorporating requirements for highly complex national and international projects and coordinating preliminary investigations with the specialist departments; Supporting other project leaders in the coordination of national and international projects.
  • Facilitate/Co-facilitate C&B guideline/policy trainings to China-wide all HRs where necessary.
  • Supporting and taking the lead of other HR C&B project design and implementation.


  1. Bachelor degree or above.
  2. 5~6 experiences in corporate HR areas in MNC especially in labor cost analysis and C&B policy/program design and development.
  3. Experience to lead C&B projects independently will be a plus.
  4. Knowledge on SAP modules, Presentation techniques.
  5. Strong client focus, ability /experience to build up trust quickly and effectively and keep good collaboration with business
  6. Good communication skills, flexibility in different context.
  7. Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel within given time.
