  • For our production site in Ghiroda we are looking for an Internal Factory Quality Manager, to assure the development, maintenance and implementation of methods and procedures in Quality Management  for our Internal Factory. 
  • The quality team in Plant Ghiroda includes Quality technicians and Quality Product Customer Engineer.
  •  Your main challenges will be related to monitoring quality performance in Production, identifying issues, preparing potential solutions, implementing and checking the effectiveness of corrective actions to meet the quality KPIs. Also, you will be in charge of Audits, internal and external. 
  •  Resource Management related tasks include driving the evaluation, target setting, managing and motivating staff and allocated functions in order to achieve the quality objectives. 
  •  As IF Quality Manager you will be part of the local management team and contribute to the overall success of our production location in Ghiroda.


  • In order to be successful in this position you need a strong technical automotive background in quality area and as well as experience in leading a quality team in both knowledge and project related tasks. 
  • You need to have good knowledge about Quality Management systems, quality methods & tools, experience with customer interface and customer management in quality issues. 
  • You should have advanced English and communication, presentation and negotiation skills. 
  • Also important are proactive, motivating attitude and teamwork skills. Results / solution oriented behavior is expected.
