In the Sales division, this position will be responsible for managing electronic products for our customer GM in order to retain and increase sales volume as well as win new business. You will identify new sales opportunities and pursue them from customer engineering evaluation and research through quotation, award and launch then provide production support as required. You will provide detailed customer feedback to company project teams and plants in order to align customer requirements and Hella’s capabilities. Attention to detail and the ability to meet internal and external timing is required.

YOUR TASKS

  • Commercial management of customer account.
  • Implement acquisition strategy in coordination with the business
  • Acquire new business for GM lighting
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships with lighting including Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing, Supplier Quality and other areas of customer management in order to support new business development while sustaining current business.
  • Align and work with global teams (Sales, Project Management and Engineering)
  • Coordinate and manage current projects with HELLA manufacturing plants as well as other corporate manufacturing sites, such as Engineering, Purchasing, Project Management, Supplier Quality and General Management.
  • Provide timely communication to our customers and HELLA plants when changes occur which effect customer’s product or business.
  • Maintain relevant account information in internal reporting tools (i.e. Market Database, Salesforce)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
