1.Create internal (ISA) advertisements of vacancy in accordance with company regulations in coordination with the specialist departments
2.Select appropriate recruiting tools depending on the requirements of the respective vacancy as well as application of the tools (e.g. internal advertisement of a vacancy, vacancy forum) for applicant selection.
3.Participate in and organise internal recruiting events if necessary
4.Screen and record the incoming application documents, analyze and decide suitability or non-suitability of the applicants under consideration of workforce requirements and requirements profile
5.Conduct job interviews in cooperation with the specialist department; inform the applicants about the company-political and personnel-political framework conditions
6.Decide suitability or non-suitability of the applicants under consideration of workforce requirements and requirements profile in coordination with the head of the specialist department concerned
7.Conduct contract negotiations incl. determine remuneration within the scope of the company's remuneration policy and in coordination with the superior concerned
8.Perform recruitment formalities in accordance with the company regulations
9.Check and implement the legal and formal requirements for the conclusion, modification or extension of employment contracts and employment contract supplements
10.Participate in the Assessment Center to select suiting trainees as well as scholarship students
11.Plan and implement take over of trainees/scholarship students after successfully concluded education and training in coordination with the vocational training under consideration of workforce requirements and requirements profile
