Your tasks:

Here you will be part of our global IT support team and you will act as an IT Specialist in 1st level support with the following responsabilities:

  • Receive calls from worldwide internal IT users and provide direct solutions for basic requests;
  • Analyze error descriptions in a direct dialogue with the users;
  • Document and categorize errors in the common Hella ticketing system.

Your qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support;
  • Analytic thinking, problem solving attitude;
  • Fluent English and good Czech language skills;
  • Very good communication skills.
