YOUR TASKS

  • Deliver own output within broad operational targets. Significant impact within job area
  • Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to others within the organization
  • Check and correct problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or process
  • Apply broad knowledge of one professional discipline or advanced knowledge of specific technical/operational practices

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Participating in the preparation of preliminary analyses on the basis of existing requirements for national projects of low up to medium complexity
  • Participating in the selection and testing of system components
  • Participating in setting up of a system design required for privacy, data safety and availability including implementation of safety regulations with the respective access rights as well as take care of or support system work and modifications as implemented by employed of the manufacturer
  • Involvement in the support for the specialist divisions (users) in project implementation projects of low to medium complexity as well as in implementation of required backup/recovery procedures
  • Supporting of system components used, taking into account the current security policy of the Hella group, within the framework of existing guidelines
  • Monitoring and participating in system optimization by applying suitable system management and performance tools
  • Analysis and elimination of faults (First-Level Support)
  • Supporting training sessions on the use of the respective system components for all the divisions (the user help desk, in particular)
  • Participating in the preparation of documentation related to the system landscape
  • Carrying out other tasks related to this position
  • (including examining, as well as complying with industrial safety and environmental protection measures pertaining to the scope of duties)
