  • Determining, recording and analyzing all the market-related data, preparing the results for specific information with recommendations for decision-making process;
  • Surveying, analyzing and visualizing changes in the market and competitive situation as well as deriving opportunities and risks for the company on the basis of these changes;
  • Carrying out range analysis and preparing recommendations for streamlining, expanding or optimizing ranges;
  • Preparation of competitor analysis related to company - specific key data, product range, SWOT analyses, benchmarks, distribution channels
  • Permanent recording and analysis of strategically relevant information about technology, market behavior and competitors’ strategies
  • Carrying out online or offline surveys related to the acceptance of catalogues, products, prices and websites in order to generate feedback and optimization suggestions, identifying the customer's needs and expectations;
  • Central procurement, evaluation, analysis and archiving of external and internal studies;
  • Documenting all operative and strategic market research data as well as securing the flow of information on a standardized communication platform;
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations related to Market Intelligence topics
  • Forming and updating gross prices, taking costs and the competitive situation into account;
  • Involvement in concept development with regard to harmonization of prices and discounts in Europe in order to create respective transparency.


  • Educational background in Marketing;
  • Experience in market research would be preferable;
  • Experience in working with large amount of data;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point;
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory
  • Availability to travel abroad.
