1 Management processes
Taking up, introducing, or directing the implementation of business processes in the location. Optimizing processes in consultation with central program office and location management.
Reviewing new work flows and using standard elements.
Directing the change management processes in program management.
2 Tools and methods
Ensuring the state of the technology as well as the tools and methods and their use / application / further development in the locations department, compliance with defined standards, inclusion of the specialist divisions and corporate functions especially central program office to coordinate comprehensive work flows and standards.
3 Projects / controlling
Conducting project reviews and generating reports as well as editing the scope of cross-project tasks according to the task portfolio, optimizing and further developing standards while incorporating production experience.
Provide findings to central program office for worldwide improvements
4 Coaching / training
Planning and conducting training sessions to introduce new tools and processes. Technical support and hotline as well as supporting agreements and guaranteeing that targets are achieved in the development process with the help of controlling instruments
5 Human Resources Management
Leadership with targets and delegation, selection, qualification and further advancement of employees on the basis of a culture of trust, monitoring effectiveness in order to develop and balance out potentials and promote individual competencies and in order to achieve department and company targets.
1 bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
2 At least 5-7 years’ experience in project management
3 Fluent English
4 Good presentation skills
5 Experience in Development / production Value analysis / Process design
