You will be responsible for directing and executing specific technology assignments related to support, maintenance, basic analysis and troubleshooting in the area of unified endpoint management. Document all work done in our ticketing system. Administration of enterprise level systems (primarily LANDesk, but also including: patching, ticketing system, encryption, antivirus, software packaging, software distribution and patch management).
