  • Design Online customer journey and develop customer measures and initiatives.
  • Enhance new customer acquisitions through analysis of market, competition, potential customer requirements and attractively of pricing.
  • Based on customer feedback and own investigation, further develop Channel specific product range.
  • Design channel specific processes in alignment with Hella requirements.
  • Multi-Project Management and steer external digitalization partner´s.
  • Drive customer interests/requests through Hella organization well as directly the end-customers.
  • Manage account regarding project coordination, service, quality, adherence to schedule and cost control.
  • Prepare and provide offers (in strong collaboration with chief sales manager).
  • Negotiate with customer on pricing and conditions.
  • Build relationship to all hierarchy levels of the customers to penetrate Hella services, products and campaigns (man mapping).
  • Hold the Annual Review with the customer together with the chief sales manager.
  • Define/extent individual customer portfolio strategy.
