Technical supervision and consultancy of subordinated compensation and benefits specialists as well as competitive country compensation and benefits management including the implementation and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits strategies so that its compensation and benefits outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organizations desired internal and external market position (internal equity and external market competitiveness).
Compensation and benefit programs
Implementation of C&B programs and activities so that they meet the organization’s objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness, including job evaluation and classification, salary administration, employee benefits (such as health, insurance, motor vehicles, perquisites (other benefits); blue and white collar compensation; salary packaging; retirement, pension according global frame work .
Collaborate with HR leaders managers to develop and implement local compensation strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the overall reward strategy.
Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about the organization’s current employee population and future human resource needs in order to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the reward strategy.
Technical supervision of compensation and benefits professionals to ensure that the reward strategy is implemented effectively and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards
University (Degree), preferred masters degree in business and HR labor relations
Professional experience, not necessarily in personnel management
