•Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Business Administration or Finance -or related-
•1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
•Experience in Accounting processes implementations or improvements
•Organize, analyze and prepare all payment records by saving them electronically, filing any necessary paper documentation and obtain authorizations.
•Maintain vendor files.
•Reconcile invoices, bills and verify balances to general ledge.
•Participate in Accounts Payable monthly close process.
•Invoice process from supplier or vender to be paid.
•Reconciliation between company and supplier.
•Control and accounting for credit notes from suppliers.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office
•Be analytic, have customer service-oriented attitude and excellent written and oral communication skills.
•SAP is a plus
