As manager of the global Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) - Time to Market (TtM) team you are responsible to steer and control the global APQP activities with our suppliers. You are responsible to develop, roll out and maintain processes and methods to ensure on time release of purchase parts.

  • You will take over the lead for the SQA TtM teams of our global locations.
  • The monitoring and reporting of the APQP status for all purchasing parts are part of your tasks.
  • You are responsible for the further development and improvement of the actual SQA TtM organization in our business division electronics including capacity planning and sharing of best practice and Lessons Learned globally.
  • The further development and improvement of the tools and methods used in APQP in alignment with the other HELLA business divisions is also part of your tasks.
  • You support the escalation of critical topics with purchased parts with the aim that all purchased parts have a release status according to the project milestones.
  • In addition, you ensure that the activities and processes for risk assessment, feasibility study review and handover of purchase parts from SQA-TtM to SQA-OtD (Order to Delivery) are adhered to and that Lessons Learned are implemented.


  • Technical university degree in mechanical or electronic engineering
  • Leadership skills in intercultural environment
  • Working experience in automotive quality, production or development
  • Expertise in project management, quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, auditing…)
  • A high degree of resilience, determination and assertiveness coupled with an analytical mindset
  • Willingness to international travelling; fluency in English language
