To support our growing customer base in North America, we are looking for YOU!


In this role, you will be responsible to support our North American sales activities and existing accounts for our People Sensing products in the retail and security industry. You will directly work with our US Sales Executive as well as our Product Management and be supported by the Application Management Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our People Sensing product range, its technical background and software
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships with our retail and security accounts (new and existing business relations)
  • Coordinate and manage initial test projects, Proof of Concepts, rollouts and other ongoing projects with our accounts
  • Provide trainings on the sensor and its features to our customers
  • Support the Sales Executive with preparing and conducting customer meetings, live demos trade and road shows
  • Work closely with our Product Management and Application Engineers in Berlin, Germany
  • Maintain relevant account information in internal reporting tools (Salesforce CRM)


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, IT, or retail-related studies
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position in the retail world (working with people counting systems, system integrators, in-store analytics, store design or loss prevention / anti-theft with an existing network in at least one of those industries)
  • Hunter mentality and willingness to succeed in a highly competitive environment
  • Ability to listen carefully to our customers and business partners
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation
  • Proficient with common MS Office applications and Salesforce CRM
  • Ability/willingness to travel domestically and internationally
